Sign spinners and placing a 4 sale sign are outdated.

Outdated electrical(my dads a LU38 sparky & I'd be calling in my 1 favor on this one) , full kitchen & bath remodel plus rest of house is 100% cosmetic rehab. 

Guidelines and regulations change over time, so you don't want to be reading outdated information!  

I can't remember which is which, but one will show a check out date that is the morning after on the calendar. 

So, on November 2 I emailed my apartment telling them of my intended move-out date January 15, they told me it was fine and that I just needed to do a walk through before moving out (she never mentioned I needed to schedule this btw).

Hi - I'm on the board of a 42 unit condo building and we are looking for a smart solution to our outdated, hard-wired, intercom system.  

There's numerous issues; hole in floor and hole in wall, outdated kitchen, ceiling tile is coming off in portions, metal roof that screws need to be replaced etc...

Philip - You're getting that error because you're using an outdated version of internet explorer.

I have used realtytrac, and was very dissatisfied with the service, because most of the property that I came across were from outdated public records.Any suggestions are appreciated.
