New to real estate investing. I’m looking to buy my first rental property. What resources could I use to find the best deal possible in my area.

The southeast has the job growth, population growth, more favorable taxes, better cost of living.  

The email I got yesterday contains 60-300 units, one was offered at 98m.I'm looking for larger also, between 50-100 class c/b Ohio and southeast states minus FL.

The area is a small town ( under 4,000) in Nebraska but it's between 2 major cities and the town itself has plenty of new construction taking place as we speak!

I have recently invested more capital in MHPs and SS but am starting to participate in some MF offerings (got wait-listed on an offering last night).I often hear that they are not building B class MF but I see it some in the southeast. 

Memphis, cleveland, Indianapolis,Most of the Midwest and southeast

There are pros and cons w Condos but for beginners I feel it can be a good way to get started.I now have a good team in place own a couple of SFHs and just recently purchased a Townhome in Raleigh..I like the Southeast because it’s a short flight from NYC and flights are inexpensive.

@Aditya Veluri In today's markets, the best cash flowing opportunities are mainly in the midwest and some in the southeast.
