Shelter and gas prices were more than half the monthly increase for all items measured in the CPI for March.Of note, recently you may have read quite a lot about the tremendous apartment unit growth we are in the midst of (as I have written about).

But appraisers always measure.

Prior to the pandemic, Florida’s price appreciation was fairly modest (as measured by the median listing price, which is far from perfect).

Perhaps you are not aware of the measures we take to be transparent. 

But even as I type that, I’m realizing that I’m already falling prey to the “units” measuring stick of success.

I've talked to suppliers and sub contractors and gotten the measurements and quotes I need. 

And asking a politician for proactive economic measures, LOL, yeah good luck with that.
