I would agree that the rental market took a slight hit with the new housing that went up but that also included the removal of mansion park which housed a good amount of students (and I think that will be the future site of new housing - which is directly across main st from landmark) Other than that I know there are plans to expand the engineering building and various other sites at the Technology campus area down 322 eventually.I've heard that the local neighborhoods on the back side of campus and now behind the new boulevard is a hotspot right now - with new food and retail venues going in and being walking distance to everything it seems to be a good target area.

Depending on the venue some might require you to buy food/drink if at a restaurant, but not all.

It’s not the best venue for speakers actually.....very hard to hear a presenter with other people coming and going in the same space.

You get situations where the landscaping is magnificent but the HVAC repair bills are through the roof since the board consistently failed to replace 30 year old failing equipment.As an aside, many of the older properties have utilities paid out of the HOA.
