I could care less if someone smokes marijuana but worried it might impact other tenants & future renters.What are my options, if any?

Account Closed Hi Rhonda, If honest I spent about $8,000, some say its a lot, (my parents did) some say its small when compared to many programs out there, either way I took a leap of faith and saw the potential it had for my future.  

Rock that for about 12 months and add some equity and then you could refi out to conventional so as you pay it down in the future the mortgage insurance will drop off.

I guess I'm not as keen nor experienced enough in knowing if they will be able to EXIT future deals now because they have only proven it once which isn't a long track record at all... it maybe is a future indicator of their inability to BRRRR for their LP investors.

But my suggestion for future listings.Look at days on market in the area that you are going to list.

Most STR markets have seasonality, and there are untold issues in the future that will effect cashflow.

You can also connect with a realtor that is willing to handle this and future leases for you.

The reason why this is so important to me is because within the next few months/year it is likely that there will be many undervalued assets and I need good bank (and credit) relationships to safely leverage it for any future investments.
