People are over it, and itching to travel. all my other STRs are doing great.

Been an accountant/finance dude for the past 10+ years and have been itching for something new to put my energy to. 

Not sure how much longer they will be virtual as most members are itching to get back to rubbing elbows with each other, but you can take advantage of their current online approach to meetings a little longer.Our MF market is very competitive, as other agents have told you.

If you're really itching to buy, maybe switching to SFH is a possibility. 

I have zero experience with condos or short term rentals but I have been itching to try them out.

We continue to look at deals we find on the MLS and ones that come from other wholesalers but were ITCHING to build our portfolio.

This forum is helping me solidify my thinking for that first investment I am itching to purchase, I truly appreciate being able to think out loud here and learn from all your insights.   

Im itching to get my cash out of this project and move on to another project, but need to be patient. at this time in 2016, i owned no real estate and now I have a 4 unit, a 7 unit and a SFH that will be turned into a rental.
