You will see people crowd-source solutions and questions on nearly every subject imaginable. 

With such a large and diverse population across Texas, I imagine different regions have unique real estate trends, demands, and opportunities.

Imagine if you had one single-family home.

I imagine it will be easy to find interested tenants, but I'd be happy to hearing about your experience.

Imagine the 2nd property is a 4plex, each unit can be rented $1500/unit of 75% =$1125 x 4 units =$4500 worth of income to offset your that 2nd property.

So, as you can imagine we have made a couple of moves throughout our career. 

Fine if people (not me) want to drive them in town, but we have issues from time to time with the electric grid keeping up in extreme temps, I can't imagine if we had a bunch of people also trying to charge their EVs.We've had a shortage of cars (I use that term to refer to any vehicle) and only now are some dealerships getting inventory of new cars. 

Investors sometimes fall in love with a perceived TREND, and sometimes that TREND is nothing more then a figment of the (biased) media’s imagination.  

We are in a semi major metro (Tampa) so while labor is always challenging it is not as difficult as a small town I imagine. 

Imagine if tenants could break their leases without penalty if they didn't like how a landlord communicated?
