I'm a family of 3; you wouldn't want to see our food purchases; the wife and are all her natural/special diet stuff plus eat out. 

When you don't grow up inundated by commercialism, you see it's a fad with no foundation.

If the work from home permanently isn't a fad, then I definitely foresee a demographic shift.Maybe older couples with Families who have lived in the Major Cities will wonder why they are paying so much to have a tiny place to live when they can have a lot more space in a different location.Maybe younger people would say, "Hey, I'm young and I want to live in the exciting Cities, especially now that the older crowd and little kids are moving out!"

But in all seriousness, uneducated buyers being pushed by so-called "STR experts or Airbnb Arbitrage experts" are becoming the new FAD of the STR markets nowadays.

To many people will go on a "Diet" then revert back to what they think is normal and the weight comes flying back on and they are worse of than they were before.My REI Club actually had a "Get Fit" challenge that we did over 6 months.

My Jets seemed to have gone on a diet this season with all of the talent they let go but substituted and kept some quality players and I think it'll be to their benefit.
