I had always been an entrepreneur and as soon as I read Rich Dad Poor Dad I vowed to learn every aspect of real estate I could.Since then I've taken major action not all to my prevail but I have been making headway in RE investing.

But I also like to see other entrepreneurs and companies, those in our industry and even those outside of it, who are thriving and not only helping the city, but also helping real estate investors.  

In Ontario, Canada, we must adhere to REBBA (the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act), which does not allow some entrepreneurs to be quite as creative in their negotiations, financing, etc.From what you have described of your situation and your goals, it seems best for you to learn what you can from the course and materials, but to not actually become licensed.Another option is to take the exam(s), but not apply for your license.

He talks about how important it is for entrepreneurs to have the feedback from profit and loss to effectively and efficiently allocate their efforts and resources. 

The worst part--the last guy swore to me it wasn't MLM and that he was being mentored by some local serial entrepreneur who is looking for young, ambitious millennials with 'that spark' in them. 

Google is a great one ;) Also I use upwork to find virtual assistants to automate some parts of my businesses.I also listen to a lot of podcasts (at X2 speed) some related to BP but also other business/entrepreneur podcasts which give me some other ideas and view points.

I'm also a young entrepreneur with limited capital.
