So I recommend getting proficient in analyzing deals, and get your funding in place, especially if you plan to go conventional.

I know that there are many ways to attain one's goals in real estate investing, new construction is just what we enjoy and feel we can be the most proficient at.We are relatively new to infill ourselves, but we are learning as much as we can as fast as we can.

Unless you are proficient in understanding materials and procedures and looking to keep the property for more than 5 years or looking to convert this to a rental property then its not a good idea.
