When I install this product and I miss a bit on a cut and have a gap on a curve or door frame, I have a caulk on hand in the closest matching color (light brown, dark brown, tan etc).

Hey @Tan Mehedi, I can make a recommendation of an excellent closing attorney.

I picked up one in San Tan Valley and one in Mesa.

The laminate flooring is a gray/tan mix.  

Light tan everywhere else.

Another thought was to keep one of the units with the walls and just upfit it for a Salon and then rent out each room separately to hair dressers, nail business, massage business, tanning business, etc. 

I agree with @Tan Mehedi, consider the high costs of going the Hard Money route especially with only 1 unit generating income in the first year.
