This will be one of the cooler times to check out the project as you can see how the OLD framing ties into the NEW framing.  

The inspectors also used an infrared camera which allows to detect cooler/warmer temperatures behind walls and hard to get areas.  

I also plan to change the flooring and from what I’ve been told/have researched the current warm, light brown/tan flooring is a big reason for the wall color looking blue and I should use a cooler color.

Every evening they would move their grills, lawn chairs and coolers of beer to be in plain view of the 6 young ladies apartment.  

If you install more 500 CFM you do need air in duct but check range hood manufacturer instructions.

They did go back to the property for me and discovered that the hose to the tenants swamp cooler was left running and water was going everywhere.

@Karlisha Copeland Driving for dollars is a good way to learn locations and I am glad you are getting going...I remember packing a cooler and driving for dollars all day...then I learned how to use data and marketing and found 10x's the properties without leaving the office...you'll get there eventually.

It's too bad because west tends to be cooler in the summer I am told (though more rainy) and that is a huge plus for me and my wife. 

Hotter than that can be dangerous, and cooler than that can encourage bacterial growth. 

A small multifamily giveaway would be even cooler.
