Now you will have to add venting at the soffits outside and a ridge vents near the top of the roof.

From what I can tell Old Town, Westworld, TPC, and Desert Ridge seem to be the hot areas.

You may want to also consider that Brady Sullivan is opening a brand new Laconia complex in May (2019) - Apple Ridge.

If this is in the south kc area near Bannister/Blue Ridge/470 I think $1000 is the very top of the market for a 3 bedroom.  

The biggest problem is the roof which should be vented from the soffits to the ridge.

There is a reason you can play for 15 bucks with a cart sometimes hahaIf it is close to North Ridge or Carolina Country Club that is good, but it could be 30 seconds from Raleigh Country Club or Hedingham and be a horrible house/location.

Each piece has a ridge on back of lower surface to "lock" the block into place and give you a natural setback to wall.
