@Felix TorresHi Felix,What everyone else said, plus it's intelligent to have a full property inspection done before you buy to find things like Stab-Loc breakers, Polybutylene Piping, three layers of shingles, antiquated heating system, etc...That way you're less likely to get blindsided by things that need correction vs things that need improvement.Good Luck!

World Market has been useful as well -- great deals on dining furniture when they're having their sales.We also did some consignment shops, and other sources such as on-line, antique shows, etc.

Carpet over plywood subfloor, on the other hand, could have some real damage if a pet repeatedly urinates on the floor...antique hardwood floors can get really scratched by a large, active dog....antique single pane glass windows could easily be broken by a large dog...
