I am able to see major issues, but I don't take temperature of the cool air coming off the vent, I don't flush every toilet or turn on every faucet, nor do I actually run the dishwasher, or dryer etc...my inspection is visual.

Talk to some mortgage guys and get the temperature on that right now.

Floating snap lock floor is floating so it moves and temperature differences will make the noise more noticeable.  

I just have a low 11 second corvette that just sits in my warehouse.

While I might not pressure wash due to the high amount of water (that will freeze the next day) and how many things react to cold temperatures and high pressure, you should be able to find someone that will do a wash of at least the front.

Right now they want me to come up with a way to keep track of all of the signs that they have in a warehouse and the signs at the listings.

The only issue was that the AC was about 10 years old, and the temperature differential was 15 degrees.
