In my opinion i shouldn't be rejected with my offer if I've given her, she should accept if i pay her the equity gain over the course of 3 years.

HOWEVER, if someone throws a bone my way I'm not going to reject it, I would be 10000% grateful.With that said, I have attended a REI meeting and networked with some people, also have asked potential buyers what buying criteria they are looking for and have been trying to look for those properties exclusively.I am Spanish bilingual and have nothing but time, no other job so this will get 100% of my effort, if anybody needs help translating/communicating with potential buyers/sellers, drop me a message on here, I would love the opportunity to help a local REI and learn the ropes at the same time.CheersRafael P.

Assume no bank loan because they would have rejected your model.  

It’s only when they’ve been rejected numerous times that the reality sinks in.  

I have found two who are willing to do it, however, my debt to income ratio hasn't helped, and I got another rejection from one of these lenders today.

It'll be time consuming if you have to learn a new one and it'll probably have lots of rejection.

After 1-2 years, if I open roof claim for roof damage coz of hail/wind will insurance company reject stating I did not fixed in 2023?
