Congrats.My own biased view is that hard money works fastest and generally is the least restrictive, provided that you have a well thought out [ pay back the lender] exit.Zero experience can be detrimental as the risk is inversely proportionate to the experience.

I'm also an agent in the area and slightly biased to the north shore 😂 but always happy to chat about this stuff or tell you more about my experience. 

He is a very successful investor in this area but I believe his position, being far above mine, has biased his opinion in terms of "being in my shoes."

I'm on the North side, so I'm biased.

It's true that many "traditional" financial advisors are biased toward traditional asset classes like stocks and bonds.

I'm biased but objectively MN is a great place to live & invest, thriving economy, several strong rental markets including the Twin Cities, considered to be one of the strongest in the country.

Well since I am new to town and don't know anyone other than my kids... maybe we can have coffee one day and I can give you a personal dissertation on how the out of state industry actually works.. without bias that is only natural on BP.. 

My personal opinion is that Q2 will be in the DC area, but I am living in the area so I may be biased.
