No  communication from  company until I called the title company last week on Wed and  was told only waiting for BoA to sign off on a $50 code violation (abandoned car) and they should be receiving that back that day or Thurs.  

They meet the first Wed of each month at the Signature Grand in Davie.

I ran out of time doing my own deals, having a home life that I narrowed it down to just one REIA,  GaREIA...They have a group of experts who meetface to face Wed's at 10am, a google group where contractors are refered called Deal Makers google group. 

I recommend highly the one held in Fairfield at Crave Restaurant the last wed of the month. 

The strength of the leisure and hospitality industry in Orlando is driven by the year-round warm weather luring travelers as well as the large presence of theme parks in the city.

We also want to start renting out the space for weddings. 

@Samvel Gevorgyan I moved here from Orlando for school but also saw the potential to invest in this area Orlando May have all the theme parks but after a while many would be tired of the traffic I like Jacksonville for how vast it is, my only problem is figuring out where to start investing here.

Also weddings and such are not going to work here because there is no parking except on street and it's in the city.

The med/SS may can be avoided if your LLC is taxed as an S Corp.
