and that was a screaming deal.. so even though we have hoarder we still have to pay a bundle for the props..

first thing that screams at me is zoning/city/permit issues.

It needs a little updating to make it a bit sleeker, but it has a form, and points visitors to my company.

The reason I am asking is I am a full-time worker and it seems very hard to catch up with being the first visitors to the properties who come to the market. 

A free and clear ocean front property in Hawaii where we've had record breaking visitor arrivals and spending, should be killing it.

I thought about putting a camper, RV or tiny house in my backyard to Airbnb out to visitors.

They usually limit the amount of non family members in one home, highly regulate visitors and length of visit, then after all that they can dictate who you can sell the home to when you want to exit.
