If they want to be an under paid teacher, or a firefighter, nonprofit worker, artist, musician, or hell even a barista if it makes them happy, they should be able to do that because they will also be financially free because of the work that they put in in real estate up until that point.

I had a teacher once, and the way he taught was to first show you how to do it wrong, and then he would show you the right way...so that by describing the difference between the two it would help amplify the difference between "right" and "wrong".....so I'll give it a shot here.

When the course teacher looks like they barely eeked through puberty, you know experience is not going to be a part of this equation and the content's accuracy is going to be very hit and miss.
