I think some of the folks replying to this thread are directing their anger in the wrong direction.The real problem is the vast number of jerks who buy bogus ESA letters from online certificate mills (not to mention the doctors they pay to rubber-stamp big stacks of these things, for "patients" they never heard of).

I’ve seen too many people loose their shirt investing with windfalls. 

And as explained in a post above, the prep work for pavers is very similar to the prep work for concrete, so if going with pavers is an option then look at concrete as well - whether plain or stamped / decorative. 

People don’t sue people that qualify for food stamps.

I would “reverse engineer” what your competition has done by reviewing any and all recorded documents (county recorder) as well as docs filed in probate court, if any, for these properties.Speak to a title insurance officer or escrow person at the company that insured and recorded the documents, typically stamped on the upper-left caption side of a deed. 

However I look at the time stamp for the last post instead of the name of the post!

But mainly 250 every week because Click2Mail has an ongoing deal for 250 stamped postcards for $85/flat.I've used ListSource once since I started.  

I have seen way too many investors fall into this only to lose their shirts.
