Put an end panel on the refrigerator in my example, you will need one next to the dishwasher too. as far as size of the cabinets, if its cheaper to put in (1) 30" vs (2) 15, then put in the 30", price out the difference. your new layout is ok but will be a pain for the tenant trying to put stuff from the dishwasher into the draw base.

,Pretty much everything can be done recessed into the wall, so that in the event they don't want the washer dryer there is nothing protruding out of the wall.You can recessed the drain trap and stand pipe inside the wall cavity and use a rough in box for that.For the dryer vent there are also rough in boxes.Once your drywall is up you can put a panel cover over them if they are not going to be used.

(This involves taking the front off the breaker panel and exposing wires that *cannot* be turned off, so make sure you're comfortable with doing that.)Use a new cord on the stove and make sure you do what it says in the stove manual for a 3-wire vs a 4-wire cord.
