He did this multiple times and some how got it off the ground and even more remarkable landed it without crashing.. although last trip he ran out of fuel and dumped it in a swamp.goofing around in real estate and tie up properties with no clue on how to do it is much easier  and potentially not as lethal  but the results are usually the same.. deal dies or crash lands..
