Straighten up that attitude girl, close your eyes for a minute, take some deep breaths and go out there kick some ***!

So, if you can afford to fix them before your new tenants move in and call you in frustration and perhaps a bad attitude, you'll avoid having to deal with it later.And many places will require a working window that locks in every room. 

It sucks up your time, energy, and positive attitude.

It is amazing how often a bad attitude from someone can get my stubborn to fully engage, but in this case, as a detatched spectator, I would hire someone to clean it. 

It's just an attitude adjustment you need on this one issue.Now, on the other stuff, you have every right to not renew their lease. 

I am concerned about the 'wishy washy' attitude.

Been there...done that:)  BTW--their attitude is admit nothing, demand proof, deny everything.

In fact we don't use the services of people who have the attitude of "It's just a rental."

NOW YOU NEED TO CHOOSE weather or not you have a bias or discriminatory attitude toward one tenant or the other (you may not even realize you do) YOU NEED TO PICK ONE for the one apartment you have available...
