Other reasons may simply be that the PM isn't marketing the property very well or the leasing agent isn't answering the phone, promptly calling back, schedule showings adequately, etc.Do a google search for the address.

In my opinion ones who do it on the side with little houses do not have the systems and processes in place to adequately manage.Plus as soon as they get a regular sale going on a house for a big check they do not care about that 50 a month to manage your asset anymore.
