I am not a big fan of having to go to court and the expense and stress associated with it, but I did want to point out your options.If it turns out to be false and the buyers inspection was invalid, tell them to take a hike and find a new buyer.

If there is a false alarm, they need to be the one to answer when the alarm company calls.
