I cannot legally turn away section 8 in Cook County, nor would I break the law, but I do not have to accept tenants who do not qualify based on my minimum criteria.

I have not checked into it yet, but I believe the city declared it unsafe to enter because vegetation has grown up all around the entrances.

Another possible use I've seen here is a community vegetable garden, which is a good concept, but doesn't generate any cash flow.

Folding laundry, scrubbing toilets, vacuuming, cooking, lawn mowing at my house (which I hate) so I can show property, do repairs and paint at my rentals (which I really like).

I'd suggest you get on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In or all of them and get cooking. 

I own a  service business , when a customer comes out and says " I have the parts "  I ask them " are you the same guy that brings his steak to a restaurant and asks them to cook it ?    

They admitted they were cooking french fries and she is deaf although she fought me to have hearing service dogs that are tinier than my cats...why didn't they alert her to the smoke alarm which is electrically wired, not a battery powered one???

I would simply ask is anything in life ever gonna be perfect you can't pick a perfect time to have a baby because some ppl will tell you that you need the world some will say you only need love run your numbers under the worst possible scenarios if the place is vacant for a year if rehab takes double the time if there's still a slim profit you might have stumbled on a gold mine does it make since to just throw that away if the girl is cute she cooks she cleans your mom and sister like her do you walk away to find better?
