In the mid 80's a woman who had been teaching it to big business started selling a course through seminars given at real estate boards in California.

I had a similar tenant and raised the rent every year by the minimum $30/month.For 11 years she paid her water bills, did direct deposits a week before the 1st of each month & took good care of the place & never complained.Admittedly the home originally cost me $22K, & I did very little to it over the years.I sold it 2 years ago for $42K to a fellow investor & she is still there paying the same rents.Tenants like these are like gold nuggets.I just stole an elderly tenant from another landlord who moved a young punk above her in a duplex.The woman had been there 9 years & just wanted peace & quiet.

There's a woman up here who is very upset at 832 ********* lane who is not interested in the solicitation that you sent out to her and she is requesting that no further contact be made.

I heard from a woman that had 13 rentals out of state.

That one call I got though was from a woman that inherited a house out of state some years ago and did not want it and did not care to even go see it.

(Never had anyone say yes, I won't sell to a woman or a catholic or a car salesman.....all being illegal except the car salesman, but the common response is ) No, I don't care who buys it!

I got a letter from some woman who offered to buy my house, which she has never seen, for exactly 60% of the assessed tax value (which is far below the fair market value.)  

While I'm continually amazed at the wealth of knowledge I come across on BP every day, as a woman in REI, I have to make mention of a few fellow women who have been an inspiration for me (in no particular order): @Brie Schmidt, Elizabeth Colegrove, Liz Faircloth, K Marie Poe, @Dawn Anastasi, and Marcia Maynard

I have been talking to a woman about selling her rundown house to me.  

Reminds me of the day I thought a beautiful woman began randomly talking to me at the grocery store.
