@Lee Ripma I totally agree, I like to think of Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms as the mid-west of California because the prices are so low and investors see a better ROI especially with the Marine base and park visitors.

Yeah July, I understand that this is a seasonal business but the main focus would be beach goers and boardwalk visitors so I’m looking at 5 - 6 strong months and the rest of the year would be just enough to cover the bank payments and maintenance.
