Louis City, but my initial impressions are...two bedroom units attract more young families with kids that are looking for temporary housing until they purchase a home or young professionas that have a roommate that are living in the city before moving out to the suburbs. 

I even posted my space on a site that welcomes students who are on an exchange 'just to see if I got any bites', and because I'm so close to 3 universities, I've had students interested 1 to 3 months to study or do an exchange that need temporary housing.  

Assuming they can get up $1K - $2K, I would let them move in around August 8th on a short term 2 to 3 week temporary rental basis, as they would like to start transitioning into the house while they get the full $5K up.

@Steve DellaPelle if it is a CO alarm and you suspect a CO leak, I would call the gas company and have them send someone out asap. more than likely, they will try to find the leak and do a temporary fix until a GC can come out and permanently fix the issue.

When I bought my home I just had a roommate for ten years, but I wanted temporary roommates (3 mos - 1 year) so if I found them annoying I'd just have to wait them out and I picked based on several factors including having somewhere else they wanted to go (getting married, summer or seasonal internship, etc).
