RE is a good investment, you just have to be careful coz there are lots of scams going everywhere.... agreed with Primo_Coach,,, read first, read more,, ask,, study think and then decide.. good luck!

I told the tenants it was a scam and they needed to go through our company website.  

After Super Storm Sandy, we have had a lot of scamming contractors around here so I would just do my due diligence in selecting one, which we would be more than happy to help you out with! 

That sounds exactly like a scam. 

Either these Youtubers are ignorant themselves or they are intentionally scamming people.

Many of these are "I invested OOS and got scammed/lost my money/etc"   so, my opinion is it is better to invest where you know,  where you can be eyes and hands on.

Only scam I see is yours.

And before that, more corporate treasurers will start adding it to their balance sheets - Google, Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple.I have held for YEARS, I have seen it declared dead, called a scam and a fraud - by bank CEO's whose analysts are now saying it will go higher.

As with all things on the internet be careful with links and scams.

Stay away from Nuurez it's a scam.
