You can do pros/cons or a ranking system, etc. 

The SEO piece is slow to develop over time, but will ultimately rank you higher organically if you are diligent about putting out relevant content. 

I doubt they realize that impacts my listing’s rank having to decline a request that was never valid in the first place.

Do you know where it ranks for evictions and late/missed payments?  

Their bp pages always rank 1st for nearly everything.

Hey @T Brown -- nice picture there; he/she doesn't appear the least bit humiliated.I likewise looked at a bunch of foreclosures (and a couple of vacant SS's) over the last couple of days, having gotten my license recently after being severanced out of my job (so I suppose I'm a full-time RE investor, since I have no interest in for another office job).I would encourage you, as you're driving around, to rank the neighborhoods, down to the block level, on your overall impression of how well kept it is.

Just thining with all the Carrot sites maybe going that route would make my site stand out however if it doesnt rank in the web search then it does me no good.

IMO Baltimore is too far to do a first flip, but may not be that way for youPG County is a great area to invest in and recently ranked somewhere in the top 3 places to flip.

It will be interesting to see if Amazon gives feedback to high-ranking contenders which don't get selected.
