Here's my perspective (and this is based on my own personal experience and observations).

I'm not sure how that pertains to landlord / tenant law, but just an observation from the replies I've read. 

As I have observed and experienced, it's the underlying politics and economics of this city that make the current positioning and future trajectory of Indianapolis so strongIndianapolis is showing 40% better GDP over the last decade; remarkably low unemployment; surge in tech; and our median household income (+21%) is improving at nearly double national average rate (+12%).There has been $15B come into this city over the last five years.

But, the comments do emphasize something I wonder -- most investors make choices and recommendations based upon what they can expect in their own lifetime, and most of the models which they use to support their predictions take for granted that population growth will remain positive, while none of them serve to explain what causes the growth which they observe (i.e.

I can also add from observing others who mis-manage their project, may have a good crew but they mis manage and that otherwise good crew now doesn't do that good, fast a job. 

A spreadsheet helps keep track of expenses and revenues, but most of my decision making comes from what I know, observe and research.It doesn't hurt to have 3M talent either. 

Observe how long they are on the market and keep a record of it. 

When you get there, observe how they live.

I'm really just making a guess about what might happen based on my limited observations.
