This will also soon be corrected.)...On the other hand, her heart is in the right place and she cares about the unit and the building as though it were her home (she regularly paints & spackles, leaves helpful signs for the other tenants, shovels & salts the main walkway after a snowfall, etc...So you're correct in observing that She's a complicated case to say the least...

Everything he has said makes me, as a potential borrower, much more comfortable considering the prospect of borrowing from him than borrowing from Kris Fox.Just an observation, but Jeff said he would disclose immediately to a potential buyer that he is competition (if he was in Kris's position) and warn the lender to not give any details of any deals right from the start.
