Hi there guys.My name is Quint i'm 35 years old, and moved to Ocala 3 years ago from Amsterdam.Have 2 beautiful kids, little girl that turns 7 in December, and son that turns 3 in September.It was always a dream of me to flip houses, but you can't really do this in AmsterdamWorked my hole life in construction, and I can do a lot myself, help many friends out with remodeling there new house, putting hardwood or tile floors in, put in new kitchen, tile bathroom, take walls down or put wall up.Before I moved to The States I helped a friend with building his dream home from the foundation up. it was just the 2 of us.I found a investor (I'm very happy with this)  and I'm looking for my first house to flip now.Always willing to learn and better my self, and hope I can true this site.Talk to you guys soonQuint Aka Dutch

If they actually told people that you will have to bust your but and you may be crying your eyes out while scraping old shellac off of hardwood floors on your hands and knees (true story, haha), I'm not sure how much they would sell.

It needs some work. i.e. new kitchen and bathroom, paint, finish hardwood floors, patch the roof, maybe paint exterior...I'm a little concerned because it has well water and a septic tank.

Does it have laminate flooring rather than hardwood, a granite-tiled counter rather than solid slab, a fiberglass tub rather than tiled.... etc.Here in Denver, a 500-600K property is a touch above average, but back home in Rochester NY that would be WAY above the average, and would thus limit your selling pool.
