Although not expressed above, I am making the assumption that you currently own these properties under your own name, and not an LLC at present.If this is the case, I would set up your Holding company LLC *first* (which would be owned by you).

I did like that the broker expressed they would not drag my credit through the mud trying to find lenders. 

@Brian GarlingtonBrian,I think you misunderstood my statement or maybe I didn't do a good enough job expressing but when I said "Can you get lucky in C class and maybe some section 8?

Either to provide us feedback or express concern with their property manager, or something else.
