I have purchased properties using "drug dealer math" in the past and the deep analytical side has never been my strong suite. 

Did the photographer/real estate agent take the pictures at 8am when no one was around or at noon when the drug dealing and fights start?

If I didn't care, I'd simply become a drug dealer.  

As @james wise mentioned, Ohio you have to sit in a brick and mortar location, and endure long drug out sessions to get the required hours in.  

Within an hour after closing... he received a call from the previous property manager as the police had kicked in the door, arrested the tenant, and seized a large amount of drugs from the home.

I took over managing a building in Downtown Boston and I have a major issue with drug users loitering and using in my building.

It is like selling a slimming powder but you have to follow a certain diet/food restrictions, if you remove the powder and just follow the diet/food restriction, you will still be at the same outcome, maybe +/- 1 pounds after 3 months, but you save on the powder expense.

I'm guessing they planned to grow pot in the attic, or were just being creative in creating a hiding spot for their drugs-- Crazy!    

It might have been used in mfg drugs or have someone murdered not disclosed.

All new cabinets are needed paint inside out all new windows like 60 plus windows to replace they have window AC units (but again that might be the norm for the area and yes I agree on the PM idea) and then she has a drug dealer living there, she is cool with it.
