I live in Atlanta so I was able to drive by and take a look; the house was really cute.  

As another woman in real estate I fully understand your post - life happens and we have to deal!

These sub-markets are all located on two main roads that open up to million dollar views, cute mountain towns, and make it logistically easy to travel to and from.

But, being a woman, she is apprehensive about how I spend "our" money, especially out of state.

The final two applicants were a guy who I enjoyed discussing music with and a much more qualified woman named Natalie who had recently relocated to Augusta.

The pros are: Great, cute house with a lot of character.  

I have a handyman/woman in the towns to handle any minor repairs and cleanup or do a drive by-I rent almost exclusively by word of mouth or the town Facebook Group(generates all the traffic I need). 

I relate to the pennysaver woman—-and I remember pennysaver!!!!

The woman is generally more responsible, more consistent income (I know that most of the rest often comes from her), ambitious and does most of what it takes to keep the place looking nice. 

As a woman I find that contractors try to charge me at a higher rate but there are so many ways around this.
