This kind of attitude reminds me of that Extreme Cheapskates show. 

@Joe Splitrock I didn't mean anything you said was negative, I meant the negative attitudes shared by lower income families.  

So, if we do move forward now or eventually, hopefully you can reboot your attitude (ie. get off your high horse) and realize that I'm not trying to convince you to do what I'm doing or it's the best thing ever, I'm trying to convince you (and any readers) that there are benefits that you don't seem to want to acknowledge because they are not a good fit for YOU.

A win/win attitude and openness to growing a profitable relationship.Let me know if this sounds interesting.

I think you need an attitude change if you ever want to be successful.

By disrespecting your reasonable request as property owner and ethical business operator, the signal to him, which must be communicated through your associates, is that you are too busy to consider his "shirt form" attitude. 

As you can imagine, many of those landlords have a tenant pool that accepts a landlord with that kind of attitude.

I know you are not alone in your attitude or thoughts to such matters, and that is exactly why we have laws, to ensure that landlords follow the norm of accepted behavior.

Besides the low rent sometimes you can tell from maybe the attitude of the tenant, (I'm not letting in anybody for showings) or the housekeeping (or lack thereof) that you might come to the conclusion that picking a new tenant would be in your best buyer interest. 

I am building new construction homes and flipping houses for some instant hits and I am involved in some longer term development projects that should be homeruns 2 years down the road.Plan out your business on what you want to achieve, how many units, how much capital and then have that "Make It Happen" attitude.
