The Geico insurance agent was able to raise the limit from 100k to 300k for the tenant's renter's insurance, which should be plenty for property issues, but I wonder if I am still leaving myself exposed in the event that the dog attacks someone (though she and the dog care woman said the dog is not aggressive).

Especially the woman that claimed someone with a dui will not spend their money on rent but alcohol I have a misdemeanor dui and that’s affected me renting even though it was over 5 years ago but between my wife and I I have been the responsible one to pay rent on time (even before) rent was due and I also make sure every bill outside is paid.
