One tenant doesn't like Hemlane for maintenance requests, says they are late to react.

My experience is that when someone reacts with resistance to an idea in a partnership situation it often has to do with a concern that their needs will not be met.This is fair and it should be addressed.

How people react to it determines how many people are affected by it or even, if it happens at all.I hardly think inciting panic when the situation has not even been determined is helpful in any way whatsoever.

I think your realtor would probably be ok with walking if it was explained to her, but realty is a small world, you never know how the seller's agent could react.  

And yet we are reacting this way?

The banks are reacting to wholesalers locking up property they have no ability to buy and backing out when they cant find a double close.It also cracks me up when I see the same house from 3-4 different "wholesalers" all with different numbers.
