Sure enough, when tenants showed up to pick up their crap, their friends brought tire irons.  

Stains, pets, bubble gum, irons, pest infestation, or anything you can think of will ruin it.When I still had decent carpet in some units I acquired, many people would ask, "Are you going to pull the carpet up?" 

Anytime a tenant cries wolf in saying they will call an attorney over some pathetic thing such as iron in the water it is a waste of your managers time, a liability for your property and all around just a pain in the arse.

Ironically, a couple months after I moved out, I received a survey that the corporate office sent to all of the tenants (mine was forwarded from my old address) asking about our opinions on the management. 

It has a big rod iron fence on a track and support bars to keep it aligned.

Obviously more likely the borrower would try to short sell it quickly before handing it back over, but he’s an investor with lots of irons in the fire and distractions.. he has way more equity then balance due so he would be better off selling short.

Have iron-clad criteria. 

Ironically that area is actually really nice!  

It's ironic how I wouldn't waste any $ on pull-tabs because a 1-in-28 odd's seems idiotic to shoot for but a 1-in-100/200/500 "what if" is something that bugs at me as a real potential and concern. 

What is the best way to iron out this situation.
