I have had family living in the Lawrenceville area since the early 1900s and I find it astonishing to witness the revitalization going on in that neighborhood.It made me wonder what other neighborhoods are poised for a comeback. 

I want a life of financial independence and wealth.So I am ready to start my journey in the fix & flip, as well as, the rental aspects of REI.Having been a resident of both the Orlando and the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel areas, over the past 7 years, I have witnessed the growth and the potential that these markets have to offer. 

I am very involved wit the community and have evolved into a Student Leader.  

I am new to BiggerPockets here but I have personally seen and witnessed people learning and upgrading their real estate investment business by just joining BP.

I've witness these women pick up checks for 20k.

Keep in mind, I'm very conservative when it comes to make accusations of tenants.

Another thing: If you read the comments section of the 2nd link, even the so-called gurus soliciting their short sale programs are accused of using tacticsto make the appraisals come in where he needed them to.

@steven gesis did not mention a witness or any other physical evidence linking the tenant to the theft/burglary.Did the tenant strip the house?

We just do not see eye to eye on what was damaged because they did not talk to any witnesses or the people that actually did the clean up.
