I am currently purchasing a home search property, cash deal, to move to in SE Georgia.

So now SE area of PA has casinos, and values for real estate really haven't increased just due to casinos.

I'm from SE CT. 

The supercars can generate that rocket speed all the way through the top end.Currently new 2014 Toyota Camry SE loaded.

Based on his intent, which is not to be a real estate flipper, if he buys and sells one home is he going to be subject to SE tax??

Brady,J Scott has it right except SE tax is 15.3%.

After that 3 day audit I had back in early 2012 over my 2009&2010 returns they nailed me for SE taxes & disallowed legit well documented mileage etc.They sure make you feel guilty going in & after I cut the check for the extra owed plus penalties I got the distinct feeling they were going to audit me every year thereafter.BUT I just got notified that I over paid my taxes for those same years ??????

I know that flippers themselves generally need to pay SE taxes but I'm not sure how the government will see my role in something like this, when my LLC is only doing the funding and not the work.  

Anyway, I’m going through an eviction of tenant in a nicer area of SE Memphis right now.
