He is a teacher full-time, so he just did this for us on the side.

I would love to do it well enough that the students become the teacher and I'm able to invest in their endeavors!

As a full time teacher at this point, I don't have time to make cold calls - it's hard enough for me to deal with the calls off my letters during the day (i do try to answer as many as possible and not let them go directly to VM).  

I totally agree that no one makes money sitting in a classroom except the teacher.
