To David Bui: Center Point was great until three months ago then everybody stared jumping on every property they can grab.

Staring at lists of foreclosures and empty lots of land just begging to be filled with brand new homes or just cleaned up for someone to come move in off the streets this winter. 

We are now licensed to go up to 6 residents, but will be staring a zoning change soon to go up to 10.  

Here are my two cents on PMsA lot of new landlords immediately hire a property manager thinking it will be better, easier, safer, _________ fill in the blank.

My favorite resources (in no particular order) for operating and syndicating funds have been:-talking to syndicators like @Brian Burke @Ivan Barratt @joe fairless @todd Dexheimer-listening to MF podcasts like @Gino Barbaro's Wheelbarrow Profits, Michael Blanks, Joe Fairless-reading all of the content on the sites of the above mentioned-networking like crazy and talking to as many people as possible including apartment investors, bankers, brokers, insurance agents, etc.
