I'm just wondering, is this akin to a nursing home or is it just a house set up for the elderly.

Medium term rental (MTR) - Furnish the apartment with some light furniture and start marketing it to hospitals (travel nurses) and corporate stays.

In addition, we could quit expecting the American taxpayers to underwrite the manufacturing and distribution of drugs to third world countries.Allow more medical schools, and nursing programs to operate, which in turn puts more doctors and nurses in the market and gives more access to medical care and more competitive prices.

It's a real small school but it's near downtown Fredericksburg which I think is primed to grow and it currently has a lot of Traveling nurses and tourism so I can pay the higher prices because I have several options for increased rent: Home sharing, short term leases and vacation rentals.  

In testing the market to rent it, I have a nurse who contacted me to rent the house and use it for a group home for elderly or personal care home.I have several questions:Do I have to rezone my property?

However from my experience, traveling nurses won’t pay much for rent either.

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a duplex/multi family in Sacramento to house short term travel nurses or any other seasonal/contractual workers.

Traveling nurses, construction workers, etc...are not going to want to find furniture....You would pay utilities as well.

Secondly, do you have any data on the lengths of time over which a traveling nurse is in one location vs another?
