I'm grateful to also have such an array of experienced RE investors, agents and even contractors chime in on my little post.I am incredibly eager to pull the trigger and purchase my first property, but from the responses of the amazing members here - I think that I still need a little time to educate myself on what exactly I should expect and or want out of my first property. 

I'm a newbie and would certainly be grateful.

Your Experiences: If you've had any experiences (good or bad) with turnkey properties in this price bracket, I'd be grateful to hear them.Thanks in advance for your wisdom and time!

I would welcome thoughts on whether you would be more likely to refurbish, or replace the windows, and would be grateful for any recommendations on companies/contractors.Thank you!

2-You turn the pool equipment off and the water needs replacing because the filter didn't go on for so long it all went green, you pay. 3-That grease and sludge all over the brand new cabinets and glass that you STILL haven't removed after numerous requests...that ain't regular wear and tear.... you WILL be paying for the repairs. 4-No more cigarette butts or dog poop on the front lawn, egress, driveway, etc.5-Keep the intake grates on the A/C clean.

With that being said, I would be extremely grateful for any insights or advice you can provide.

Even though the current proposal is not 100% of what we had, the FEA is grateful for the efforts of the many members of Congress and congressional staff who worked hard to preserve the core aspects of Section 1031.Released yesterday, the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act," should move quickly through the legislative process.
