I am moving in Sunday and demo starts right away.

UpdateProperty #2Interior demo is complete, interior paint started.I will be going with granite in the kitchen but only repainting the existing cabinets.Not a whole lot of other changes so far. 

Paying a professional painter/demo/landscaper to work on a 90k property may not give you the return necessary to justify the added expense.There are 100 more tips but those are what I see our most successful flippers doing.

Demo, then the most time consuming in order to complete the rehab in the least amount of time.Non-critical path items wait until just before the end.Example of a house I did that was a compete interior tear out to the studs, including new electric and plumbing.

How much demo you will have will determine the size you need.

Some are total demos and some look decent.

We use them to clean out, demo, carpet removal and general painting.
