Those tenants are the worst and you can usually easily tell who those tenants are by their body language and attitude when first viewing the property.

I’m especially thinking of hand soap, body wash, coffee, and then towels and sheets as needed.Have you considered how you plan to manage pricing and messaging?

And saddest part is it's exclusively and wholly due to regulatory/political actions (ie manufactured/self-inflicted stupidity)      For those not in the know, it's worth a read the far too long list of insane anti-landlord measures recently into effect.
